Easy. Everything you need to replace the top of your headset. Top cap, star nut, bolt, sealed bearings, and the upper cup. Since this was a replacement, I didn't replace the cup and used the one already in place. This sped things up and I was back together in just a few minutes.
This replaced a wonky headset that came with my Intense bike. Over a year ago, I replaced the unsealed bearings in the lower with a Forty. After replacing the bars and stem, I couldn't get the factory top race to seat fully and hold in place enough to prevent the assembly from loosening. This is solid. There is no movement at all. I'm excited to get back out onto the trails!
