Elite Novo Force Trainer
Set up was easier than expected. 15min or less. Ordering was easy, package arrived on time. Trainer is super smooth, no issues with tire wearing or excessive noise. Very happy with my purchase.

Elite Novo Force Trainer
I purchased the Elite Novo stationary trainer as a replacement for a very old CatEye CS-1000 unit, and while there are some significant differences, I am satisfied with my decision. The Elite Novo is smoother and quieter than the old trainer and looks better as well. My family does not mind it sitting in the family room, and it folds up to a smaller space. The setup instructions are not quite intuitive, but once you read through the booklets and get the hang of their presentation, everything lines up nicely and the assembly goes fast. I was done and riding in 15 minutes. The magnetic grade simulations are smooth, and the Elastogel roller on the Force unit eliminates slippage at higher grade settings and makes the ride feel more like a road. I feel that the remote regulator is challenging to get tight on the handlebars, and that the control dial is a bit too smooth in its rotation, which causes me to overshoot my adjustments if I rush it, especially when increasing the grade setting. While the detentes feel solid enough in general, when I was riding hard and went to increase the grade, I would usually overshoot my desired setting. This was less of a problem when decreasing the grade setting. Overall, I feel this is a great trainer for the price, and I look forward to putting as many 'miles' on it as I did on the CS-1000.
