Good Seat post, i enjoy the subtle absorption when riding out on gravel, its nothing too extreme. It can and will bottom out if you dont lift from the saddle but if you treat it as a warning to get you to float rather than as a rear shock itll work great. Light weight, still lighter than what was stock on my bike, WITH the suspension in this.

Using this with a new Brooks saddle and seems to provide subtle relief from the new saddle break in period as well as the rough roads. No complaints so far. Can't attest to the longevity as of yet, but I like how it doesn't feel squishy. I don't really notice any seatpost suspension, yet it is there doing it's thing. If it fails in the years to come, I would happily buy another one. At this price, can't expect it to last forever. If it lasts another year, I'll give it another star.

Installed on my Trek 7500. I am 5'8", at 155lb, and it failed in 6 months after riding on the paved bike trails. Not impressed.
