Galfer E-Bike Compound Disc Brake Pads Description:

The Galfer E-Bike Compound Disc Brake Pads bring a new level of braking power and pad durability to E-Bikes, cargo bikes, and even riders of mountain bikes that are looking for more progressive, powerful, and longer lasting brake pads. The semi-metallic pad compound has been formulated to have a bit more power at initial bite than an OEM brake pad, but as more pressure is applied to the brakes they progressively increase in power to levels beyond stock pads, resulting in a very easy to modulate and powerful brake for e-bikes, cargo bikes, and any other high speed or heavyweight bicycle application. In addition, the construction of the pads ensures greater resistance to brake fade, greater resistance to glazing of the pads, greater pad life, and less noise on long and hard descents especially compared to OEM or organic compound disc brake pads.

Features:

  • Constructed with a steel backing plate and semi-metallic compound for durable, long lasting pad
  • Semi-Metallic braking compound is formulated for the extreme weight and speed of E-Bikes with a bit more initial bite, more progressive stopping power, better heat resistance, less fade, and longer pad life than an OEM or organic compound disc brake pad
  • Comes with one pair of pads and necessary hardware
  • Available in many common brake pad shapes
