Garmin Tacx Neo Motion Plates are an easy-to-mount trainer upgrade that brings multi-directional movement to Tacx Neo-series trainers. Multi-directional movement better simulates the feeling of an outdoor ride, allowing riders to stay engaged and train more effectively.

The Neo Motion Plates were very easy to install. Very pleased with the improved natural feel of the trainer with the motion plates. I did need to put a 28mm front tire on the bike (max size spec'd for front support). My 35mm tire did not not move as freely as it should....motion felt constrained. Most of my work on the trainer is spent prepping for a major 5 day ride later this summer.
