The Giant Contact SL XR D-Fuse Road Handlebar is a drop style handlebar that is designed to help fine tune the fit and performance of a gravel or adventure bike. The unique D-Shaped bar is constructed using 2014 aluminum alloy for an aerodynamic, lightweight, and strong bar, and the shaping also helps to create compliance and a more comfortable perch for the hands. The short and shallow drops with the subtle flare make it easier to move around the bar, as well as providing more control of the bike when riding in the drops.
