Equipped with an ALUXX Aluminum 6061-alloy single butted tube frame, The Giant Contend AR 3 reflects an overall lightweight feel that maintains strength and durability. Front-end stability and stiffness is accomplished through Overdrive, an oversized fork steerer tube technology that provides precise front-end steering performance via oversized tapered size headset bearings. Ride quality remains steady in the face of shock and vibrations through a D-shape profile that elevates compliance for a smooth ride.
