Giant Recon Taillight Saddle Rail Mount Description:

The Giant Recon Taillight Saddle Rail Mount is a uniquely shaped taillight mount that attaches to a saddles rails. This mount works with standard round saddle rails (which are typically made out of some kind of metal), and its shape will wrap around the rail to prevent the light from bouncing off of the saddle. Attaching a light to the saddle rails instead of to the seatpost will allow the saddle to be lowered all of the way into the frame for shorter riders to ride the bike, or if a dropper or suspension style seatpost is on the bike the rider will have full access to the travel of their seatpost. If the seatpost is raised out of the frame, this taillight mounting position also frees up space to attach a seatpost mounted rack, a rear fender, or any other seatpost mounted accessories to the bike.
