To redeem your gift card, simply navigate to your shopping cart and select “Redeem a Coupon Code or Gift Card.”
Alternatively, you can enter the code during the payment portion of the checkout process.
Once you have redeemed your gift card, it will show up as store credit on your account. To check the balance, simply navigate to www.performancebike.com/account/credit and login to your account.
You can check your gift card balance at localgiftcards.com. Please note: once you have redeemed your gift card, the balance will be zero.
Gift cards generally take around 24 hours to process. You can check your order status at Local Gift Cards. If it has been over 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
No. Currently, we only offer online e-gift cards.
No. You can simply continue with the checkout process and enter your credit card information when prompted. However, payments will still be processed through PayPal.
Yes! Your PerformanceBike.com gift card can also be used at our partner sites AMainHobbies.com, DansComp.com, and Nashbar.com.
So long as the gift card was purchased online after March 2019, you are good to go! If your card is older, we can no longer guarantee that it will be honored. If you have a gift card that you are unsure about, please contact our customer service team so that we can find a solution for you.
The charge will be processed through our gift card provider, “Smart Transactions.”
