Very easy to use and reasonable cost solution. Package says it works for HG (HyperGlide) Shimano chain, which looks correct. If you have a vintage 6 spd bike, it may be UG (Uniglide) chain, and this will not fit … unless you are up for doing filing on your chain … which seems risky.
