Minoura Saddle Rail Mounting Bracket (For Two Water Bottle Cages)
I have one of these. It works great. You have to make sure it is on tight or it will rattle, but if it is tight, and the bottle cages are tightly on, it is as sturdy as your seatpost. I am going to get another.

Pros: It is very easy to install, and very easy to attach cages to. It does its job.
Cons: One of the bolt heads that attaches the main piece to the supporting bracket had sheared off after only a few hundred miles. I think because it has some flex it's pretty bouncy, and maybe that puts too much stress on the bolts. It came with extras so I was able to fix it. Still, I wouldn't want to lose my water bottles on the road.
