Nashbar Soho Pedals (Black)
I've been riding these pedals for at least 20 years and will not ride any other. I ride high end road bikes and ride 95% clipped in and only use the platform side when conditions get dicey. I find the platform is large enough to give me comfort when I'm unclipped. I used to get these from Nashbar but now they are available here. Realize, you aren't going to get more than 2,500 miles or a good season on these before replacing or servicing which can be done by taking pedal apart. However, at this price i just buy a new pair when the current pair is starting to get noisy. Good pedal at a great price!

Nashbar Soho Pedals (Black)
Pedals have arrived and seem fine. No long rides yet, but while giving them a shakedown ride around the neighborhood I didn't notice any creaking or weird kicks in the pedal stroke. They come with the release dialed all the way back, tightened up a couple of notches seems to be the sweet spot for me.
The only negative I have so far is that they can *only* be installed with a 6mm hex key. There's no flat spots on the spindle to accept a 15mm pedal wrench. Not a huge deal since the idea here is to never need to change out pedals, but still irritating.
