The Race Face Aeffect-R Stem is a stiff and robust stem that is designed to tackle aggressive riding at a price that will leave money for other bike upgrades. Race Face started with a 3D forged blank of 6061 series aluminum and then CNC machined it down to a sleek, industrial looking stem that features incredible strength while also dropping weight where they could safely do so. The wide 4-bolt faceplate adds to the stiffness and performance while being safe enough to use a carbon fiber handlebar, and the opposing stem clamp bolts ensure your handle bars stay pointed in the right direction. Last but not least, this stem comes in several lengths to help dial in the fit of the mountain bike.

• Top-lock 4-bolt clamp has wide faceplate for stiffness and is safe for use on carbon fiber handlebars (follow manufacturers torque specifications especially with carbon handlebars)
