Unless you want to pay a lot more, the Ritchie Comp Carbon fork seems like the best choice that's still available for a road frame with a 1" steerer and rim brakes. Used it to replace a 20 year old Kestrel EMS fork (on a Litespeed frame) that was starting to show some hairline cracks in the epoxy. Ride and rake seem comparable to the Kestrel.
