Ritchey Switch Upper Headset Description:

The Ritchey Switch Upper Headset is an integrated system that conceals internally routed cables and hydraulic lines. It allows the cables and lines to flow from the handlebar into the frame without interfering with the headset bearings.

Note: The Switch IS headset requires 8.7mm of bearing insertion depth
