Silca Sicuro Titanium Water Bottle Cage Description:

The Silca Sicuro Titanium Water Bottle Cage, handmade with laser welding technology and now featuring a durable Cerakote finish, is one of the most secure bottle cages available. Laser technology offers more than tenfold the precision and process control than that of a human welder. This is the same technology that had been developed to fabricate and repair titanium jet engine components. The truth is, this improvement in process control allows the welding of thinner wall tubing with a better chance of a perfect weld. Welding thinner walls, the laser can control the penetration depth of the weld to 0.005mm, which allows for the Double Pass weld to be performed. The Double Pass weld is a mythical technique that involves welding each joint 2 times for strength, unlike any other welding process.

Underneath this classic and simple appearance is an advanced bottle cage, designed to be superior all-around. The Sicuro is more retentive on harsh surfaces and is guaranteed by Silca to endure 25 years of use. Go ahead and mount this on the underside of the down tube of your adventure rig, or on any bike, really.

Note: Updated back plate design. Updated packaging. Mounting hardware no longer included
