The Specialized Butcher Grid Gravity T9 TLR Enduro Mountain Tire is designed to stay glued to the trail even when pushed hard over rocky and technical terrain. These tires utilize Specialized's Grid Gravity Casing, which features a more robust two-ply casing and sidewall reinforcement that will reduce tire squirm and improve rim protection from harsh impacts and landings, which makes the Grid Gravity equipped tires an ideal choice for aggressive riders that are tackling the gnarliest of terrain as well as for riders of heavy and powerful e-bikes. In addition, these tires can be set up tubeless thanks to the high tensile strength 2Bliss Ready folding bead, which will allow for lower tire pressures to be used for better traction, smoother ride quality, and even better flat prevention.
On top of the casing, a slow rebounding Gripton T9 tread compound and an optimized tread pattern featuring knobs with a block-on-block design create a tire that will dig into loose terrain and have the stability and hooked up feeling to inspire the confidence needed to achieve blistering speeds on the trail. Finally, these tubeless ready tires are safe to use on hookless rims and can be run with tire inserts for even more protection against impacts and pinch flats.
