So I put my new chain on BMX race cruiser and had 2 successful practice days at two different BMX tracks with no problems.. My third
practice day the chain broke after leaving the starting gate / half way down the first straight, causing me to flip handle bars at 18 plus Mph resulting in facial injuries and a broken right hand..

The manufacture states that I am to contact the seller first to file a warranty claim.. How do I do this with performance??
