FULL PIN technology uses eleven lightweight, stamped steel cogs held together with 123 high-strength stainless steel pins. After new chain and chainring, drivetrain was skipping continuously. New cassette fixed it and back to an almost new drivetrain. Cassette is all one piece so it is easy to replace but you need the cassette lock tool and a chain whip along with some effort to get the old one off. Just wipe down the freewheel to get rid of excess dirt and slide the new one on. Needs to be tightened down pretty securely. I placed some light lithium grease on the threads but I know some say not to. No separate lock ring either, just one big cassette.

Dependable, above entry level SRAM cassette. Easy to install as with any SRAM cassette. No frills, get the job done part at a decent price point. You could always pay a few hundred dollars more to shed a few more grams and even get the oil slick look. However, if you don't ride an exotic MTB and just want a drive train that'll work without thinking about it, the GX Eagle is a good choice.

I've only run this cassette for a year. Here's what I know:
I use a Park FR-5.2GT cassette tool to install/remove this part. It ensures that I don't cross-thread the cassette. This is a common concern, since the cassette has pretty fine threads and takes a fair amount of torque to install, it leaves a lot of folks wondering if they might've just cross-threaded it. Take the time to dial it in once installed. SRAM has some great videos on YouTube. Pay attention to chainline... my Kona's an older non-boost frame, and yes, that 3mm difference in chainline really makes a difference. Use the supplied SRAM derailleur adjustment gauge. You can dial this thing in perfectly - I've run both 30 & 32t rings up front with absolutely silent shifting.
The only real downside to this cassette is also its upside: weight. As much as I hate the weight. it's also hard to ignore the fact that the weight also means it's made outta steel and it's gonna take a lot of wear and tear. I don't expect to wear this thing out anytime soon.

Always great shipping from these guys. Cassette includes the adjustment tool fyi for setting B screw gap. Nothing bad to say about the cassette I run it on all 3 of my bikes.
