Got the product but it was damaged, contacted customer service to see if they will send replacement part, but no one will respond back. Other than that happy with product.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
I had high hopes for this rack but the shank was too short for my Mazda factory hitch pin depth (1.5 inches). Customer support told me that the hitch pin depth was 55.28mm (2.1763 inches) but it was in fact more like 1.5". I was not comfortable that the shank insertion depth was only about 3 inches which is why I returned it. However, it seemed like a good quality rack.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
Best hitch rack for under $500 in my opinion. I just put it together for the season and it fits both my cruiser with 60-584 tires and my road bike perfectly holding them secure. Locks are smooth and a nice deterrent on both the bike and hitch pin. Very happy with it.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
I have the same rack in the 4 bike model. This rack is one of the best values out there. My 4 bike rack is almost 10 years old and still going strong. The 2 bike rack is significantly lighter which was the one negative of the four bike rack. I don’t understand the reviews critical of the Velcro straps. They are more than long enough for my gravel bike with 40mm tires. Save yourself some money and buy this rack.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
I'd give this rack a solid 4.5 stars. I used it to drive from SoCAL to Oregon and had no issues at all. My two bikes were held sturdy and safe the entire trip. I really like that this rack has both a hitch lock and a lock on the bike rack to keep my bikes secure for short stops while on the road. The only reason I knocked off 0.5 stars is because the velcro straps are very flimsy and are too short for many bikes. They barely fit around my road bike and they did not fit around my mountain bike. I will probably replace them in the near future. Overall though, I would recommend this hitch rack!

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
This rack is near perfect for transporting a variety of bicycles securely. It is easy to install and folds down to access a trunk or hatch. It has a lock on the hitch pin and locks on each bicycle stabilizer. The bicycle trays keep the bicycles from scraping each other or the vehicle and makes it very unlikely that the bicycles can come off while traveling. Once the trays are set, it is a five minute job to install or remove the bicycles. The trays fold up to have minimum protusion for traveling without the bikes or the rack can be easily removed from the hitch. I have put on many miles over 5 years with no issues with this rack. It is also one of the cheapest bike hitch rack available.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
I've had this rack for about 2 years. It installs on the hitch in about 2 min with one bolt. I have a preset ratchet wrench to tighten the bolt but a box wrench work fine too - just a bit slower. Both bikes go on in another 3 -min. The ratchets are secure and I never use the velcro straps. I use it for two drop bar road bikes and have it set for those bikes so it is very quick. It is well made, solid. It easily folds up for storage. Can't see why someone would spend $600+ on another brand rack that does the same thing. Would buy it again and recommend it highly.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
Arrived on time and well packed. Instructions were easy enough to follow. Had to stagger the bikes a bit and face them opposite directions when loading to get the hook down low enough on my women's Trek. Have only used it on a short trip to town and it worked fine. The short hook was on the outside bike (the women's bike). Would be great if the company made a cheap cover to cover the bikes in weather while on the rack. The velcro straps were useless as they aren't long enough to reach around the tires and secure again.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
What an improvement over a trunk mount! I bought a new vehicle that has a 1 1/4" hitch mount. I bought this mount immediately thereafter, and I'm glad I did. Assembly was easy (though watch for pinch points), and mounting and locking to the hitch is a breeze. Our bikes go on so much easier and lock down more securely and more quickly than my trunk mounted rack! When we finished our ride we were back in the car and on the road in no time at all.

Other reviews mentioned some bounciness, but with the mounting bolt tightened down and locked on, there wasn't much bounce to speak of. Love that it can be locked at multiple points, too... Run some errands with your bike mounted, it's secure!

Very happy with this purchase.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
Assembly was pretty easy but you need to read the instructions closely to ensure it is assembled correctly. Installation into a 2" hitch receiver was good and appears secure. I like that the rack extends out far enough that I can have my tailgate down on my Honda Ridgeline truck so I can carry two motorcycles and two bikes with all my gear.

Have not actually used the carrier yet but it seems like it will do the job of carrying two bikes.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (4 Bikes) (2" Receiver)
Great product. I've used roof racks before and different hitch mounts. This product is super convenient and is also very economical. I noticed a substantial time savings as well versus roof mounted systems: compared to my counterparts on the group rides i get to the coffee shop/boba shop quicker than everyone else. I've used it everyday since I have had it. The one thing i had to add myself were reflective tape because it does not have any type of reflectivity and i saw this as an opportunity to be more safe while parked.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
This rack for the money so far has worked great. Just used it once so far and just carried one ebike a Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0, it weighs around 45lbs without the battery installed so right around the weight limit bike wise but if can put 4 45lb bikes with the 2 bike extension I figure my one bike and even another should carry very well as a 2 bike rack.

TransIt Flatbed DLX Hitch Rack (Black) (2 Bikes) (1.25 & 2" Receiver)
Good rack for the price. Very convenient to fold down and store in trunk or back of SUV when not in use. Fits 2 MTB bikes easy. The 2” insert is a little wobbly but the bikes stay firm in the rack with no movement. I bought this for my daughter at college and it works perfect for her and weekend trips.
