The Process
The bikes we sell are fully built and inspected by our in-house mechanics. When the bike arrives at your door, some basic assembly will still be required. Usually, the wheels, handlebars, seatpost, and pedals need to be installed. If you require further assistance with installation, we recommend taking the bike to your local bike shop.
The Details
Keep in mind, damage during shipping is still possible. If you see any sign of damage when unboxing your new bike, please reach out to us immediately. All the tools required for installation are included with the bike along with a set of “tester” pedals. While these pedals will work, we recommend upgrading to a higher quality pair of pedals for more serious riding.
