This is the Wolf Tooth Components B-RAD Double Bottle Adapter. It allows you to fit two bottle cages side by side, for easy bottle access that is out of the way of your legs. Requires B-RAD Base component (sold separately) and installs your bottle cages easy using existing cage mounts.
