Install and fit was a breeze. I bought these with the 25mm stand-off. I took my bike for a 1.5 hour ride (tweaking adjustments every 4-5 miles) and was able to stay in a good aero position the whole way. A wonderful surprise is when I was riding on a very rough road and didn't have to come out of the aero position and hardly felt the vibration.
