The foam inside the pants will eventually get twisted and it is a PITA to get it back into place. I don't recommend these and I would instead recommend that you get the Zoic Premium liner. That liner is made in Italy and is a much higher quality.

I will say that Zoic customer service has been outstanding with this issue and they will get it fixed. I also have several pairs of the Zoic Ether Shorts and they are the best MTB pants I've used. I really like having a separate liner too.
