The Alligator 31-Strand High Performance Stainless Steel Derailleur Cable is a premium inner derailleur cable that is designed to fit any MicroShift, Shimano, or SRAM mechanical drivetrain. The use of a 31 strand wound stainless steel construction results in a cable that has a higher tensile strength and less cable stretch for more consistent shifting than more basic cables, and it also has an even smoother surface than cables with fewer strands which means there is less force needed to execute a shift. This cable will fit inside of any shift cable housing, and has enough length to be used for either front or rear derailleur routing on longer bikes like fat tire mountain bikes, cargo bikes, and most tandems.
