The Continental Grand Prix TR Tubeless Road Tire was designed for anyone looking for a durable, high performance tubeless ready road tire at a price that won't break the bank. These tires are wrapped in BlackChili Tread Compound that utilize a unique blend of polymers, carbon black particles, and filler materials to produce a remarkably long lasting compound that also will tenaciously grip the tarmac in all weather conditions, provide low rolling resistance, and minimize tire noise. This impressive compound is layered on top of a robust and puncture resistant 4 ply casing that provides an ideal balance of comfort, durability, impact/puncture resistance, light weight, and low rolling resistance. Finally, when used with sealant these tubeless ready tires will be much more puncture resistant and compliant than a tube/tire setup, and these tires are also compatible with hookless rims so these tires can be safely used on any road bike wheelset.
