The Galfer Wave MTB/E-Bike Disc Brake Rotors are a precision manufactured rotor for mountain and E-Bike bikes with disc brakes. These rotors are manufactured from heat treated and laser cut virgin 420 high carbon stainless steel for less stress on the material during the manufacturing process, and they have been double disc-parallel ground to ensure parallel flatness. Due to the heavier weight and higher braking demands of aggressive trail riding and e-bikes, these rotors are thicker (2.0mm for 180mm to 223mm rotors, 2.3mm for 246mm rotor) than standard rotors for better heat management and better overall durability in high stress applications.
