I just got 2 of these. The elastic head band will absorb sweat and the material feels good. I have a small head and the fit is somewhat snug but is o.k. and there is enough material to cover the top of my ears.

Giro SPF 30 Ultralight Skull Cap (White) (Universal Adult)
I like it. The material feels good, nice light weight and does the job well as a helmet liner (and a bit of sun protection) and blocks some forehead sweat. The fabric seems to be holding up well (hand washing with a just a bit of detergent.)
