Hydrapak Breakaway+ Filter Water Bottle Description:
The Hydrapak Breakaway+ Filter Water Bottle is bottle that is very easy to carry on most bike and is also designed to turn water from virtually any water source into safe, potable drinking water. The BPA and PVC free translucent outer bottle makes it easy to keep track of how much fluid is still inside the bottle, will not leach harmful chemicals or flavors into the contents of the bottle, and is very easy to squeeze for a blast of refreshment when it is most needed. The integrated filter rapidly filters water, will filter out up to 1500 liters of water between replacements, and can even be cleaned if it becomes clogged to restore the filters functionality. This bottle also has a large opening to make it easy to fill and clean out, and the top twists down to eliminate annoying leaks. Finally, for those that have a desire to explore the roads and trails less travelled, the high flow nozzle has a flip-up MuckGuard® that will snap down over the nozzle, protecting it from any kind of grit and grime you may experience as you are out and about.
Note: Avoid freezing bottle with filter installed as ice crystals may ruin the hollow fiber membrane. If using the bottle in freezing conditions it is recommended that you keep the filter in your pocket or near your body to prevent the filter from icing over.
