Kool Stop Disc Brake Pads Description:

The Kool Stop Disc Brake Pads with an aluminum backing plate are a lightweight brake pad that provide powerful braking performance for a wide range of brakes. The aluminum construction results in a brake pad that is half the weight of steel backed brake pads, and the aluminum helps to dissipate braking generated heat which helps reduce brake fade. The unique organic braking compound used creates a quiet brake with excellent power and modulation in a wide variety of trail conditions along with a long pad life.

  • Constructed with a aluminum backing plate for lighter weight than steel backing plate and better heat management
  • Organic: blend of organic materials with a top quantity resin provides high performance braking throughout the life of the pad and is gentle on all brake rotors
