Race Face Narrow-Wide Chainring (Red) (1 x 9-12 Speed) (104mm BCD) (Single) (32T)
One of the best chainrings around for narrow wide/
if only they could standardize the price, seems to go on sale a lot
great for any price, really , will work for 8 speed chain, maybe others
lasts a long time and malleable , one can , at times , file them to work
after there skipping/
ive had ten or so of them/ the only one better is black spire snaggle tooth
and a handful of ones that are twice as expensive , (oval concepts I think)
comes in a 110 bcd as well/
ive had nothing but good luck with these guys !
almost never skips/ unless your on bouncy off road terrain ,
YOU WILL NOT NEED A CHAINGUARD
as long as the chain length is proper
I ve run one on my nishiki prestige for 9 speed
& one on my atala single speed, both with 9 speed chain
ive run the similar setup (ss) with 11 speed ,
but not much difference except more expensive
narrow wide is a great , cost effective way, to save weight
(and ride just as fast, far)
