- The largest cog is positioned inboard and above the drive-side flange. hubs with tall drive-side flanges may not be compatible due to spoke interference
- The CS-M8000 cassette meets durability requirements for E-MTB applications

I used this to switch over my gravel bike from 2x11 (48-32 crank, 11-34 cassette) to a 1x11. Here's a little secret: the GRX RD-RX812 works just fine with 11-46, no goat link or cage mod required, as long as you get the chain length and B-screw adjustment right.

It looks like a great cassette, but i was concerned that the jump from the 10th cog (38T) to the 11th cog (46T) would be too much of a change and could cause a spin out if shifted when limbing something steep. So I went with the 42T which has a more even transition from cog to cog.

Biggest Shimano 11 speed cassette you can get. Had to step down to the XT as even the XTR only comes in a 40 tooth.
