Specialized Fast Trak Tubeless Mountain Tire Description:
The Specialized Fast Trak Tubeless Mountain Tire is designed to provide incredibly low rolling resistance and pure speed for XC mountain bike racing over a wide variety of trail conditions. These tires are available with two different casing options, both of which have the ability to be set up as a tubeless tire thanks to the 2Bliss Ready folding bead. For the ultimate lightweight racing tire, tires equipped with the Flex Lite Casing are very lightweight resulting in very snappy acceleration along with an easier time maintaining speeds, and this casing will also provide a very supple ride quality for excellent traction and a smoother ride. Tires equipped with the Grid Lite Casing still provides a supple ride quality, but for a minimal weight gain more sidewall reinforcement is added to the casing for a tire with better abrasion resistance, pinch flat prevention, and rim protection from impacts.
On top of either casing, low profile tread knobs with a block-on-block design and optimized central tread pattern are paired with Specialized's Gripton T5 tread compound to create a stable feeling and fast rolling tire on the straighter stretches of the course; when it comes time to attack a corner, those uniquely shaped tread knobs offer a predictable transition onto the shoulder knobs which utilize a tackier Gripton T7 compound for confidence inspiring traction especially at higher cornering speeds. When looking for a lightweight XC tire to tackle a wider variety of course conditions as fast as possible, the Specialized Fast Trak tire has everything necessary to get to the finish line at the head of the pack.

- Recommended to pair these tires with either the Roval Control World Cup or Roval Control SL MTB Wheelsets; compatible with any tubeless ready XC MTB wheelset
