Great fit, great length. XL was too snug for me, so size up.

Great fit and makes long rides on the saddle comfortable and, more importantly, NO CHAFING!!

78% nylon should be bulletproof. The downside is that nylon doesn't stretch quite as much as other materials (even with 20% lycra) so the fit becomes more critical. My new XL size RBX shorts are cut too high in the front (at the waist) and run small. I do not like high compression in bike shorts. I only have one day on them, and it is common for me to roll down the waist band on my shorts for improved comfort. I'm mid 60's and while I am a dedicated cyclist and fit, I don't have the waist of a 20 year old anymore. They are also a little tight in the legs. I do like the long leg length - I have a 39" inseam and most shorts look like spankys on me. These shorts are longer than most. Padding in on the thin side, but no complaints so far.

I have two pair of XXL RBX shorts from 3 years ago which are too large. My new XL shorts are little small. They will work, but I'm wishing I had ordered XXL shorts. At this price it is difficult to give them only 3 stars, but I am not considering price in my review. I just measured my waist at the fattest spot and it's 37.5 inches, which is very depressing. 6'4" tall, 190 lbs. I have been cycling for 45 years and have owned many pairs of shorts.

After more than 1,500 miles of road riding, I can say these shorts are quite good. As suggested by other reviewers, I selected one size larger than normal. When new, the leg grippers fit very well, but the outer edges are starting to get a little wavy. The front of the shorts rises more than I would like, contrary to what one other reviewer stated. The pad is comfortable. Overall, I would say that the fit is good, the comfort is good, and the reliability has been reasonable, especially given the low price. There is room for improvement, but the value is excellent.

Way too small. Size up one or two sizes. Missed window to return. Stuck, makes you want to go to the store and try them on.

FIT CHART to which I conform to L, nope. Overly snug like Medium, too low cut in front too. Chamois wad wrong place; too far back (FIT CHART)..
Another loser on the heels of Troy Lee Designs Skyline - Heinous liner / fit... Glad I save old girdles.
