Wolf Tooth Components Aero Chainring Description:
The Wolf Tooth Components Aero Chainring is designed for single chainring SRAM road and gravel cranksets and for riders that are looking to optimize the setup of their drivetrain in a search for hidden speed. Precision CNC machining using 7075-T6 aluminum alloy creates a tooth profile that engages with a longer section of the chain as it wraps over the chainring for better power transfer, less chances of dropping the chain over rough terrain, and a longer useful chain and chainring lifespan. And the careful machining of the mounting area of the chainring ensures a very tight fit on the crankset for a more seamless aero profile; the tight fit will also ensure that the chainring bolts will require less maintenance and tightening to keep everything solid and quiet. Add all of these features together, and these chainrings are an incredible performance upgrade that will dial in the gearing and performance of a bike that is equipped with a SRAM road or gravel crankset.
Note: Not compatible with SRAM Rival 107 BCD Cranksets with integrated (non-removable) spiders, specifically model SKU's FC-RIV-D1 and PM-RIV-D1. Drop-Stop B tooth profile is not compatible with 12 speed Shimano HG+ chains, 12 Speed KMC chains, or with 13 speed Campagnolo chains.
